Unitrade Rules & Guidelines

1. Rules for All Users

True Identity – Register with your real name, valid contact information, and, if a student, your university details.
Respect & Courtesy – Treat others with respect in all chats, transactions, and reviews.
No Prohibited Goods – Illegal, harmful, or restricted items are strictly banned.
Account Safety – Keep your password private; never log in for someone else.
One Account Policy – Multiple accounts require admin approval.
Honest Activity – No fake transactions or self-favoriting to boost rankings.

Genuine Orders Only – Don’t place fake or “test” orders. Any User who does this is liable to being banned from the platform.
Use the Unitrade Wallet (when enabled) – All payments must be done through the platform for your safety.
Confirm Carefully – Only confirm delivery after inspecting your order.
Be Available – Keep agreed pickup or delivery times.
Leave Honest Feedback – Rate sellers fairly to help others.

Accurate Listings – Use truthful descriptions and actual product images.
Prompt Fulfilment – Deliver within the agreed time.
Transparent Pricing – No hidden fees outside the listed price.
No Self-Buying to Cheat Rankings – Doing so removes your verification status.
Communicate – Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours.
Transaction Time Limit – Every Transaction must be within 24 hours, or will be declared cancelled.

Follow Both Buyer & Seller Rules – You are held to the highest standard.
No System Abuse – You may not buy from yourself to appear more popular.
Fair Trading – Avoid practices that give unfair advantage over regular buyers/sellers.

Breaking these rules may lead to warnings, suspension, or a permanent ban.
Fraud, scams, harassment, or repeated violations will be reported to university authorities or law enforcement if necessary.
Keep your passwords safe; even admins will not have access to them.
We reserve the right to remove listings or accounts that violate our standards.
